I have posted a list of ineligible members for Tri-State and Region 1.  Wrangler members, I will post your list after the January 1st deadline for your region level ads.

Grades are due for everyone by January 15th.  These must be an official copy from your school showing your semester average.  These grades will determine your eligibility for the first half of the spring rodeos even though we don't start until March.  Late grades will be assessed fines just like your fundraising items so make sure you get them turned in on time.

I will be out of the office the first two weeks of January but I will try to check phone messages and e-mail each morning if anyone needs to reach me.

Your Board of Directors will be meeting on January 20th.  Once the spring schedule is approved, I will post it for you ASAP.

Happy New Year!

Seniors:  I am mailing scholarship applications today.  Please pay attention to your deadlines.  They are not due until April so don't set them aside and forget about them until the last minute.  I am posting a copies of the applications on the Tri-State page and Region 1 page in case you need a backup copy.

Juniors:  If you want to get a jump start on your senior scholarship applications, take a look at the ones posted on the Tri-State and Region 1 pages.  They are pretty much the same each year and you will have an idea of what the scholarship committees are looking for in the applicants.

Cutters:  I have posted the spring cutting schedule on the Schedule page.  There are five weekends with two events each weekend.  You are not required to compete at every event.  For those of you who have wanted to try it out but had to choose between a Tri-State rodeo or a cutting, rest assured, the schedules do not conflict at this time.  (The rodeo schedule is not complete but the only conflict that could possibly arise would be with the last cuttings in March.)  See the Schedule page for more details.

Fundraising:  I will be posting a list by the end of the week of who has not turned in all of their fundraising items.  Please check back later to make sure your name is not listed in error.

Hope you all had a Merry Christmas and enjoy the rest of your time off from school.

I've been entering all of your fundraising information into the computer since I got back in town and sales are looking very good.  Keep up the great work!  Many of you have earned commission checks and I will mail those out this week so you have some extra money before Christmas.

Wrangler All Star Team Members:  I am mailing your new shirts on Tuesday.  Team members are Phylli Black, Lacey Harris, Janea Janecka, Ben Johnson, Kalynn Jones, Mackinzey Kvanvig, Derrick Lanham, Codi Myers, Grady Pierce, Reese Riemer, R H Whitten and Stormy Wing.  Congratulations to each of you.

Thank you to everyone for making the effort to get your fundraising items turned in on time.  I had several members bring their things directly to me at home and that is fine as long as I am here.  But if I am not home, DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THE MAILBOX.  It is ILLEGAL and I will not be responsible for what happens to it!  Once my new office is complete, I will have a drop box for deliveries.  Until that time, please call ahead  to make sure I am home.

Again, I will be out of town next week - so no deliveries - and I will NOT be checking phone messages or e-mail.
