Just a few finishing touches on some gifts and then the dreaded packing before I hit the road again. The fax machine has been pretty quiet so I will forward the office phone for this trip. Maybe Santa will bring me a phone that doesn't require top secret codes to retrieve messsages. If not, there may be a trip to Office Depot in the near future. :)

I can't believe it has been a month since my last post. It goes by so fast, even with the many miles and states I've traveled since Thanksgiving. My lack of motivation this past week has made it hard to get much work done, but I am slowly catching up. Which is good, since I leave again on Christmas Eve. Looming deadlines tend to increase my productivity.
The fundraising charts are updated to show what came in while I was gone. I will be updating the Ineligible list this week to show the members who are missing items. Keep in mind that the late fines are PER item and they will increase for each month that you are late. If you are on this list, please get in touch with me so we can visit about what needs to be done to take your name off of it.
I learned today that the date and time stamps that I use on some pages have not been showing up since I changed software. That explains the e-mails and phone calls asking if I have received something even though the pages were last updated before Thanksgiving. Those little details show up on my version but they don't make it to the internet for you to see them. So now that I am aware of this problem, I will make an extra effort to update these dates manually (until I figure out how to make it work on its own.)
Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and New Year's with your families. Some of you will be getting a little bonus this week. I will be mailing commission checks to the members who sold extra program ads or sponsorships. :)
P. S. Well, now the date/time stamps appear to be working. I guess I'll just have to keep my eye on them. Let me know if you notice they have are missing again .
